RULES
1. You may spam. Make it good spam. :3 Only 3 spams per day, how many actual good effort pictures you want. :D
2. No flaming of anyone and anything, ever. When giving crit, be nice about it. For example:
Bad Crit
You suck.
Good Crit
I think that the nose is a little big, but overall it's a good picture. :)
3. Only high intermidiate oekaki artists.
4. Admin's word is LAW. If you have a problem with what they said, do not, please, DO NOT argue! Just o-mail me, Maria. :3
5. Please type correctly, and use proper spelling. If you are deliberately not learning or trying to type correctly, you WILL be banned.
6. Safety Saves need to be completed within a week, or they will be deleted.
7. Do not ask to be an admin, and do not sign up more then once.
All users from the United States must be 13 years of age or older to register.
